The downloads are fully working without any trial limitations, but may be used for evaluation only! You may only start using Netkiosk in a public or commercial environment after you have purchased license(s). You need to purchase a commercial license for each PC where you install Netkiosk. After you have purchased a license you then simply register the license in admin settings of the App and that’s all.
Netkiosk is proprietary kiosk software that includes various copy rights for which licenses are required. You must purchase a commercial license to be able to legally use Netkiosk on any device in a public or commercial environment. Public means any location such as a library, school or government building. Commercial means any business. You can refer to the Netkiosk terms and conditions page. You may NOT start using Netkiosk in a public or commercial environment without having purchase the correct number of licenses. If you have the need to evaluate Netkiosk in a public or commercial environment you need to contact us first.
When you buy Netkiosk you will get the following.
- Free support. Free support is included with all licenses. Support is via email or telephone, including remote assistance.
- You can use any of the Netkiosk versions you prefer with 1 license. All versions are covered by 1 license.
- Free updates. Free upgrades. Due to the nature of the software we never push any automatic updates or upgrades. An updated or new version can be downloaded for free from our official website.
- Free customization. If you have a need for this we can customize our ready to use our versions to make them work to your requirements. Basic customization is included free in the license cost.
How long is each license valid for and are there hidden charges?
- Each license is valid for 1 year. You pay only 1 time and then nothing for the rest of the year.
This ensures that you will not have to pay anything extra and that there are no hidden, or unexpected, charges. - We do not use automatic subscriptions. You decide if you want to continue to use Netkiosk after 1 year.
- Unlike other companies we do not charge for support. We make sure Netkiosk keeps working reliable for you.
- Due to the nature of our software we do not push automatic updates.
- Unlike other companies we do not charge for upgrades. You can download a newer version at any time if you decide you like it.
- You control your payments! All your payments are processed externally by our payment processor PayPal.
- We have no access to your card details so no nasty surprises!

Upon completion of payment you can instantly register and activate your license(s) in the admin settings of Netkiosk. And that’s all!

The downloads are fully working and without any restrictions to give you plenty of time to see if Netkiosk is right for you. And then we are always here to help you.
A recent case example:
This person download and installs Netkiosk on 2 (two) PCs and runs it for a day. Then he buys Netkiosk licenses in the middle of the night, and the next morning when we were barely awake, we noticed he has already filed a refund claim with PayPal! with the reason “item not as described”. Without even contacting us. Really! Maybe he thought he could get away with claiming a refund while cheekily continuing to use Netkiosk for “Free!”.
Demanding immediate refunds for reasons such as “item not as described” make you and us look unprofessional. (Yes, we had someone, in Germany of all places, use this as an excuse to claim a refund!”)
Needless to say this company has been banned indefinitely from using Netkiosk! We take our work very serious and hope you do to.
It also puts an unnecessary strain on our time and good standing. If you have any questions or need help please contact us first.
The conclusion is. Please do not buy and then within only a few hours decide you don’t like Netkiosk that much. (Or pretend you don’t! , but still file a claim for a full refund. If you are one of those people we much prefer you don’t buy at all!
